Spondyloarthropathies (SpA) are a group of inflammatory rheumatoid diseases which traditionally include ankylosing spondylitis (AS), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), reactive arthritis (ReA), arthritis associated with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis as well as undifferentiated spondyloarthropathies.
